This privacy policy explains how SDC Plugins handles personal data in connection with the website, plugin sales, support and customer communication.

2. Data we may process

• Contact details such as name, email address and company information.
• Purchase and license information handled through Freemius.
• Support messages and technical details provided by the customer.
• Website usage data, if analytics or logs are enabled.

3. Freemius

Payments, subscriptions, licenses, invoices and customer portal access are processed by Freemius. When a customer buys a license, Freemius may process payment information, VAT information, billing details and license data according to its own platform terms and privacy practices.

4. Purpose

We process data to deliver digital products, manage licenses, provide support, send important product/service messages, improve the website and comply with bookkeeping or legal requirements.

5. Plugin data

The plugin may process WooCommerce order data on the store owner’s own WordPress installation. SDC Plugins does not automatically receive a store’s customer/order data unless the store owner sends it to us for support or enables third-party services that transmit such data.

6. Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including accounting, support history, license management and legal obligations.

7. Your rights
