Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 18, 2026

1. About SDC Plugins

SDC Plugins provides WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, related downloads, updates and support resources through sdcplugins.com and through our licensing/payment partner Freemius.

2. Products and licenses

Plugins are sold as digital software licenses. A license normally gives access to plugin downloads, updates and support for the license period and the number of websites included in the selected plan.

Some functionality may depend on third-party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers and Freemius.

3. Payment, VAT and invoices

Payments, VAT handling, invoices, subscriptions and license delivery are processed through Freemius. Available payment methods may include card and PayPal, depending on the checkout and customer location.

Prices are shown before VAT unless checkout states otherwise. VAT may be added or handled according to the customer’s country and VAT information.

4. Subscription renewals

Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Freemius normally sends renewal reminders before renewal. Customers can manage subscriptions, invoices and licenses through the Freemius customer portal.

5. Downloads and updates

After purchase, customers receive access to the plugin download and license key. Updates are delivered through the WordPress admin area when the license is active and the deployment is available through Freemius.

6. Support

Support is provided for the plugin’s intended functionality on reasonably current versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP. Support does not include custom development, fixing unrelated theme/plugin conflicts or general webshop administration unless separately agreed.

7. Acceptable use

Customers may not resell, redistribute, share license keys publicly, reverse-engineer for redistribution, or use the plugin in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Limitation of liability

The plugin is provided as a practical tool to help store owners manage workflows. Store owners remain responsible for their own legal compliance, customer communication and business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license period.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. The newest version will be available on this page.
