Refund Review Policy

1. Refund review
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are reviewed according to the refund terms shown during the Freemius checkout.
This is a commercial refund review policy. It is not an automatic 14-day return, cancellation, or no-questions-asked refund right after the plugin has been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
2. Digital downloads and EU cooling-off rights
Our plugins are digital products delivered by immediate download and license access. During checkout, buyers may be asked to acknowledge that once the download or access to the plugin begins, they waive their statutory EU 14-day cooling-off/withdrawal right for that digital content.
This does not affect any refund rights granted under this commercial refund policy, nor any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
3. When refunds are normally approved
Refunds are normally considered when the product has a confirmed bug or technical problem that prevents normal use and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
4. When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined for reasons such as change of mind after download/activation, conflicts caused by unrelated custom code, unsupported environments, misuse, or refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us with the order email, license key and a short description of the issue. Refunds are handled through Freemius.
